Job Context:
∎ Chittagong Feed Ltd. is a sister concern of Paragon Group is one of the largest Feed Mills in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for experienced, proactive and honest individuals for the position of Asst. Manager (Store) at Chittagong Feed Ltd.
∎ Request:
∎ 1) Who don`t have willingness to work in Ctg., no need to apply here.
∎ 2) Who don`t have any experience in Store Management, no need to apply here.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain store as per standard practices (receive items, maintain re-order level, BIN card, issue items, etc).
∎ Update all items in ERP on daily basis.
∎ Ensure all issuing & receiving Items checking quality through software as per requisition.
∎ Always check and keep up to date physical stock with ERP software.
∎ Ensure timely and proper store reconciliation.
∎ Prepare various type of reports on store/inventory management daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Control in data based management (Preferably experienced in ERP) competent to handle audit from any parties.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on ERP software & MS Office package.
∎ Candidates should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Good communication skill.
