Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resume responsibility for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing, and final approval to invest in the developed product.
∎ Responsible for Export oriented product development and establishing a new process line.
∎ Develop formulations for new product development to include: sourcing ingredients, assessing machinery requirements, establishing manufacturing processes for new products.
∎ Prepare product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products.
∎ Perform complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirement.
∎ To set quality standards, address quality issues and establish new performance specifications as necessary.
∎ Complete department reports.
∎ Others relevant assign job from Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Professional experience especially in Frozen Food R&D

Salary: Negotiable
