∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ BBA & MBA with CMA or CA, partly qualified

∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.Must have excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Advanced Group BD and also for other Sister Concerns.
∎ Maintain Cash records of all concerns and report on a Daily Basis, Petty Cash maintenance and reconciliation, posting into Excel & Troyee Software, and report to the supervisor of all concerns.
∎ Checking bills as per company guidelines.
∎ Ensure necessary payments are made with proper approval and guidelines.
∎ Fund Requisition received from various departments & match with budget, checking policy and approval as per guideline, and submit to HOD in per timely manner.
∎ Salary & Other Allowances Distribution, Reconciliation & related Reporting.
∎ Maintain all Cash Fund, Reconciliation & related Reporting.
∎ Reconcile Accounts Payable & Receivable Balance and report to Management.
∎ Physical Visit to any Concern as per Management Requirement.
∎ Control and track expenses as per the approved budget.
∎ Different MIS reporting as per Management Requirement.
∎ All Product Stock Management (Excel & Software).
∎ FIFO Method Apply.
∎ Time to time, report as per company guidelines.
