∎ Based in Dhaka, we are a fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning team as Sr. Executive/Asst Manger, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of Internet, Data, and connectivity Services.
∎ The contenders must have work experience in the ISP industry. Also excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with the senior IT professionals of this sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspond with customers of private and corporate offices for selling Internet, Data, Connectivity, Managed Services, and ICT products through the physical visit, proposal submission, and onward negotiation.
∎ Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the marketing campaigns
∎ Sourcing new clients and business for selling Internet, Data Connectivity, Managed Services, and ICT products to achieve business objectives of Company.
∎ In-depth knowledge on preparing new sales and marketing plan according to ISP business product.
∎ Product monitoring and market analysis based on current market scenario.
∎ Negotiating for rates, capacity, disputes, settlements and various business issues with client.
∎ Acquire adequate knowledge about ISP sales products.
∎ Responsible for supervising and leading Sales team.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with key Customers and Corporate Clients.
∎ Collect adequate market information and through other required means, in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection achievement as per Company Objectives.
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales report.
