Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and on customer satisfaction.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
∎ Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
∎ Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted partner to your clients maintain account health.
∎ Work with team and Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Ensuring the growth of Market Share and Market Coverage by analyze existing market positing and find out new/gape market.
∎ Own for new and existing client relationship end-to-end.
∎ Work is non-routine and very complex, involving advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 11000 - 25000 (Monthly) Depend on Designation
Commission up to BDT. Tk. 15000 Best Performer Award (Cash & Certification) Month of the employee awards (Cash Rewards).
