Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to Master's Degree Holder in English or any other discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Freight Forwarding
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supplier/Agent/Buyer/Oversee communication by email to the whole world
∎ Maintaining HBL, MBL, SI, VGM, EGM, AMS submit to carrier/co-loader all software's.
∎ Create/make Invoice/Debit/Credit note of software for air and sea freight.
∎ Have to capable Overseas & Local sales & Marketing
∎ Communicate with the customer
∎ Placing booking to Shipping Lines
∎ Follow up Pre-alert receive Shipping Lines and advise to agent
∎ Submit SI to Shipping Line
∎ Submit IGM into the Asycuda world
∎ Obtain Document from Airline/ Shipping line
∎ Check IGM amendment from Customs Authority if Need
∎ Local Invoice issue
∎ Overseas payment settlement
∎ Flight/ Vessel follow up with the carrier
∎ Develop relationship with the consignee
∎ Explore new business from the consignee
∎ Co-Ordinate with respective team
∎ Good Communication, Strong Leadership & Negotiation skill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Freight Forwarding
∎ At least 5 years experience to work with a International Freight Forwarder & Logistics Company
