∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Local communication with our port operation/customs clearance team to update customer/buyer/agent current status of the shipment.
∎ Follow up all enquiries from Suppliers client & provide the best solution.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with carrier for safe etd/eta/mother connection.
∎ Documentation e.g. - Prepare HBL, Shipment advice, Sales Order, Collection Invoice, issue Debit Note, Credit Note, Purchase Order, Payment Requisition and Lifting Report
∎ Follow up all shipment in order to ensure safe mother vessel connection & update shipper/buyer/agent about final destination arrival.
∎ Update & maintain daily shipment status report.
∎ Good relation with all major carriers & co-loaders (Salesman) & All Depots
∎ Booking with all carriers via online by & co-loaders
∎ Maintaining HBL, MBL, SI, VGM, EGM, AMS submit to carrier/co-loader all software's.
∎ Create/make Invoice/Debit/Credit note for air and sea freight.
∎ Encashment certificate, C&F certificate properly collect with nil pending.
∎ Maintain all necessary accounts related documents and reports for company audit purpose.
∎ Monitoring Bill & Voucher preparation & posting in the accounting software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-4 year(s) experience in customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies.
∎ Good communication, strong leadership & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Language Skill:Good in speaking, writing, reading at English.
