Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve the sales target in terms of value and quantity.
∎ Supervise, manage effectively to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
∎ Ensure 100% product availability and route wise outlet coverage.
∎ Manage financial discipline in terms of cash collection, credit control.
∎ Monitor the competitors' activities (trade offer, different program, price, etc.) and propose and assist the management accordingly.
∎ Prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
∎ This position will be responsible for achieving sales target and profitable growth of assigned territory.
