Responsibilities & Context:
We are a new courier and logistics company preparing for an official launch in September 2025, with a soft
launch starting from July 1st. Our goal is to partner with reliable and high-volume merchants from day one.To
achieve this, we are hiring a full-time, permanent Merchant Acquisition Executive starting from August 2025.
The selected candidate will play a key role in acquiring quality business leads and building long-term
partnerships with corporate clients and e-commerce sellers. This is a field-based, target-driven role with
direct and long-term impact on the company s growth journey.
What You ll Be Doing:
Identify and approach high-volume merchants 50+ parcels/day) in Dhaka and surrounding areas.
Pitch our courier services and onboard merchants with long-term potential.Build and maintain strong
relationships with corporate clients and e-commerce sellers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation.
Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets and report progress to management.
Collect market feedback and suggest improvements in service offerings.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Ensure successful soft onboarding of merchants before September.
