Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asst. Manager, Sales must achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets given by the Company.
∎ Managing the Sales Team (Remotely) following by the Company's goal, objectives, values & culture with professional manner.
∎ Developing the sales strategies & planning instead of potential customers, competitors & overall market analysis.
∎ Distributing the monthly sales targets among the sales team.
∎ Motivating, rewarding, punishing the sales team instructed by the Company.
∎ Monitoring & tracking the sales activities on a daily basis.
∎ Collecting the advance payments & arrears from the clients by the team & company's automated systems followed by the Sales Information System (SIS).
∎ Ensuring the successful handover with required user training.
∎ Monitoring the conflicts with the clients, team & local administrator.
∎ Maintain an excellent relationship with the designated prospects, clients & with the sales team.
∎ Transferring the required knowledge & skills of the products, service, sales, support & CRM skills among the sales team.
∎ Conducting the sales meeting, training & virtual (online) web miner from time to time.
∎ Documenting, recording & organizing necessary data & information in the cloud medium storage (on google sheet/spreadsheet/docs & other software instructed by the Company.
∎ Developing the required presentation with the PowerPoint/google slides.
∎ Administering the sales team as per the Company policies & compliances.
∎ Increasing the sales revenue & profit margines by growing the market share, upselling, cross-selling & replacing the competitors.
∎ Upholding the brand values of the Company & increasing the product's brand value.
∎ Collecting & recording the client's service rating & users' feedback & preparing the compensation sheets on a weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Receiving, organizing, validating, the user/clients' requirements on a regular basis.
∎ Reporting to Company with the timely fashion.
