Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review all strategies and policies related to export.
∎ Communication with potential buyers to initiate export sales.
∎ Furnish all required document, samples etc. to export buyers.
∎ Responsible for organizing all export related document to collect payments and export incentives from Bangladesh bank.
∎ Identify new markets for exports and developing new business accounts related to export.
∎ Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
∎ Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
∎ Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
∎ Initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
∎ Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
∎ Visit to export fair and markets as per the need.
∎ Liaison with non-govt/govt regulatory bodies i.e EPB, BAPA, local bank and Bangladesh bank, Custom, audit, incentive, C& F, etc.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is must in MS Office and other related software. Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Proven sales record in export and local market.
∎ Experience is preferable in frozen foods export sector.
∎ Honest, energetic, smart and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be reviewed on successful completion of 6 month probation period.
