Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to plan for monthly sales target achievement
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
∎ Maintain and organize company records and databases
∎ Maintain a positive business and professional image with dealers and other stake holders.
∎ Plan and execute sales planning
∎ Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be honest.
∎ Must have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in bulk market.
∎ Proven managerial experience
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Need to have good communication skill in both English and Bangla
∎ Capability to handle large number of sales team
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary compensation will be given on experienced in bulk market & deserving candidates.
