∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance.
∎ MBA in Accounting & Finance will get advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Management, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Negotiation Skills, Strong analytical ability
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be expert on Microsoft Excel
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area.
∎ Contact and manage sales team.
∎ Sales data analysis
∎ Practical experience on supports the sales team
∎ Must have practical knowledge on dealer handling.
∎ Planning on yearly sales budget.
∎ To achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Customer data analysis
∎ Review and updating the analytical data
∎ Ensure the dues recovery.
∎ Oversee overall financial management, Billing, planning, systems and controls.
∎ Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
∎ Quotations making
∎ Presenting progress reports & daily report analysis.
∎ Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Keeps himself update regarding competitor's activities and local market conditions.
∎ Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
∎ Willing to traveling and visit at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart & well communication/co-ordination
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
∎ Able to hard work & keep challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all departments.
∎ Must have license for riding the motorcycle.
