The potential candidate should be able to lead a team that handles proofreading, lab testing, inspecting incoming materials, checking products before shipping, managing customer complaints, and conducting different types of internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and preparing QC schedules to supervise team as well as maintaining the quality and reliability of products

• Determining the causes of product defects that may be found and developing methods for reducing their occurrence

• Responsible for overseeing all quality functions and activities within the department

• Aiding for smooth 3rd party audit (FSC, Oeko-Tex, Mellow, TQP) as well as internal audit

• Maintaining and ensuring continual improvement by the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS)

• Monitoring the performance, aptness & accuracy of the work procedures and products through carrying out regular process audits

• Overlook internal nonconformities, customer complaints & carry out statistical analysis on data collected. Ensure corrective action is taken by carrying out regular audits on CAP shared by relevant department

• Visit customers whenever necessary to resolve quality issues

• Ensuring quality products in all product line (Offset, PFL, HTL, RFID, Thermal, Woven, Flexo) through ensuring first print inspection and PDI with AQL-2.5

• Following up all internal and 3rd party lab tests and communicating, if necessary, with suppliers regarding quality/technical issues

• Reviewing monthly External & Internal customer complaint report for monthly Quality review meeting

• Formulating several analytical reports monthly. Preparing documentation of test results and preparing the data in the form of different presentations (e.g. graph or chart, pareto analysis, fishbone diagram)

• Providing training on testing standards, procedures, and technical practices to QC Teams. Improving and inventing QC procedure, recommending corrective procedures

• Troubleshooting and investigating RFID related issues faced by scanning tunnel and customer end

• Working to establish proactive Assurance based Quality culture throughout the product lines
