Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute & monitor monthly plan
∎ Prepare floor wise line loading plan (short term)
∎ Guide & follow up factory production (cut, sew, finishing)
∎ Any kind of embellishment follow up
∎ Inspection and shipment follow up
∎ Prepare reports (as per requirement)
∎ Maintain prompt & effective communication with other concerned departments & Head office Management.
∎ Report to the central planning at CHO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in printing production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 47000 (Monthly)
