∎ Skills Required: Buyer Hunting, Customer handling and Problem Solving, Develop new buyer, SWOT Analysis

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, implement direct marketing for multiple accounts of different buyer.
∎ Lead customer service team with a view to achieving company's growth and objectives.
∎ Concrete and updated knowledge on garments accessories product, materials cost and consumption, men machine specifications, production capacity to ensure sales and wealth maximization.
∎ Develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase sales and develop or onboard new buyer.
∎ Ability to understand current market analysis, competitors, customer focus, target market as well as strong understanding of the products.
∎ Strategy architect regarding all the problems of CS team and get into right solution.
∎ Monitor proper execution of all manufacturing orders of CS according to planned schedule of our production unit.
∎ Identify risk factors of customers, payments issues and rescue the payments from the customers within fixed timeline.
∎ Ability to develop new products as per the demand of customers and work closely to get the bulk order.
∎ Follow-up with planning, production, delivery, commercial, accounts team for smooth execution of all the orders of customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening.
∎ Ensure a high quality and timely response of customer requests through telephone and email.
∎ Good command in English both speaking & writing.
∎ Communicate Analytic skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise while communicating on the phone with customers.
∎ Confident to take any challenge.
∎ Must have ability to use ERP software.
