Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Brand Management or Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Brand Management, Marketing
∎ Masters in Marketing or related discipline from a reputed public/private university with knowledge in Sales & Business Development.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Google Sheets, Sales Marketing, Tech Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating fresh leads creatively, such as making cold calls or conducting internet research.
∎ Taking responsibility for new clientele and revenue growth through customer relationship m
∎ Reaching predetermined goals for successful sales growth in predetermined product categories.
∎ Regularly holding product demos and working with the technical teams to tailor the offerings.
∎ Maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
∎ Scheduling customer product demo appointments and then mailing presentations to them.
∎ Maintaining relationships with current clients to maximize revenue by looking for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
∎ Following up with potential customers and having the ability to seal deals.
∎ Overseeing the Region's business operations.
∎ Good understanding of the company's IT products.
∎ Good at managing escalations from customers as well as vendors.
∎ Expertise in working in fast-paced, high-tech environments requiring skills in scheduling, management, and team building.
∎ Achievement-oriented with excellent communication, coordination, management skills and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven ability in problem-solving, analysis & manage with consistent results.
∎ A dedicated and committed individual willing to take on challenging roles, and tough assignments, and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ensuring continuous process improvements ensures appropriate tools are developed to streamline processes continuously.
∎ Keeping up the company's database of potential customers.
∎ Identify & visit potential clients and create opportunities for business and increase sales.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients.
∎ Assist in preparing effective business strategy and work in line to achieve sales targets.
∎ Market survey according to sales requirements.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking, and ready to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Experience in telecommunication-related sales with international clients.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
∎ Possess the skill to work within team and perform independently.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
∎ Should be dynamic and proactive.
∎ Modern System adaptability & creativity and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Email writing.
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, and ambitious in achieving goals.
