Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain purchase department as per guidance of General Manager
∎ Purchasing poultry , fish, cattle feed Raw materials like : Maize, Soya bean meal, Rapeseed meal, Coconut meal, Palm carnal meal, Poultry meal, Fish Meal, Flower Meal, DDGS, CCGM, DORB, Cotton seed meal, Soya bean oil, Fish oil, Rice polish & All Feed Additives medicine.
∎ Responsibility for all procurement from Local & foreign source in accordance with company policy & Recruitment . Assisting in preparation & Verification purchase deed work orders.
∎ Up to date stock, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers, and negotiate to minimize price offers
∎ Ensuring on time delivery of all materials as per the production plan
∎ Taking required approval from proper authority for the payment of vendor bill in accordance to the group purchase policy.
∎ Reporting-Monthly Inventory Report, weekly stock report.
∎ Any other tasks required or assigned by Management.
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest, dedicated and self motivated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years practical experience in all animal feeds Raw materials purchase .
∎ Have a take challenge and be smart .
∎ Expert in MS Word. MS Excel,
