Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ MSc in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/B.S.C in Environmental Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision to operate and maintain Biological ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant).
∎ To check process control parameters like SV, MLVSS, MLSS, SVI, SDI, RAS Flow, WAS Flow, FM ratio, Sludge age & growth of micro-organism at in house laboratory.
∎ Schedule periodic preventive maintenance and up to date maintenance records.
∎ Have to provide training to related personnel regarding safe chemical handling, PPE, Health & safety.
∎ To develop Plant performance day by day and reducing treatment cost perfectly and Implementation of energy & water conservation measure and try for the best.
∎ Maintaining Analysis (Daily Log sheet) and Chemicals Dosage Sheet on daily basis.
∎ To develop activity of ETP reports (Including Internal and External) and well record keeping it.
∎ To maintain the Planning & execution of Annual shut down maintenance within approved target & ready to attend break down maintenance in least response time.
∎ Have to experience in Water Treatment Plan (WTP) & ensure process water to maintaining in proper parameter for Knit Dyeing, Skin Print etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have the adequate job experience to run the Biological ETP.
∎ He should have good knowledge in computer literacy & mail correspondence.
∎ The candidates should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
