Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Employee Relations Manager will facilitate and manage employee relations on behalf of the company.
∎ Establish a harmonious relationship between employees & Employers and promote a high level of employee morale & motivation.
∎ Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures.
∎ Facilitating counseling in conjunction with employees & Staff.
∎ Arrange monthly/weekly/daily basis discussion meetings with worker & Mid-level management to develop the employee relation.
∎ Responsible to identify risks & challenges to employee relations.
∎ Receive, evaluate & respond appropriately to employee concerns.
∎ Support to execute employee reward and recognition programs. Transparency in communication for exchanging all kinds of information with employers, workers, and employees.
∎ To encourage to the employees must be motivated to avoid politics & blame games at the workplace.
∎ Responsible for Reducing the problem of employee absenteeism in the workplace.
∎ Encourage to all staff & workers to share their work with each other. Administer employee relations program including participating in proactive employee relations issues; interpreting policies & procedures, Handling industrial disputes in a proactive manner & counsel when necessary.
∎ Educated to the workers on factory guidelines & existing welfare facilities such as health, workers' rights & benefits, social, recreation & other welfare measures.
∎ Advises & Trains the Supervisor/ Line chief / Mid-Level management on the best employee relations practices & to learn to them about the strategies for managing supervisor problems & workers' grievances.
