∎ Must have working experience in Knit Item & Outerwear (especially Jacket).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Adequate knowledge & experience of MS Office package.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate SMV.
∎ Simplification of processes with the help of method study, motion study, production study.
∎ Line Balancing through reducing Tact time with the aid of time study & effective monitoring.
∎ Operator’s skill test & skill matrix.
∎ Find out the Bottleneck and solve & Non Productive Time reduction.
∎ Monitor & suggest reduction ideas of SMV.
∎ Emphasize on pre-production activities (checking Breakdown, Layout & Manpower) as per monthly plan review to reduce change over time.
∎ Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate worker’s performance, motivate workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters and training needs.
∎ After received orders from merchandising department, provide T&A for knitting and Dyeing departments
∎ Preparing TNA for cutting, print, embroidery, sewing & finishing to meet schedule for shipment & insure smooth supply chain.
∎ Target setting to ensure maximum efficiency to meet on time delivery.
∎ Regular communicate with Knitting, Dyeing, AOP, Store, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Merchandising for daily & monthly line loading plan & delivery dates.
∎ Risk analysis for weekly & monthly orders & find the solutions.
∎ GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern Composite Knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Officer - IE & Planning (Knit/Outerwear)” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
∎ Job Responsibility:
