Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/CS/IT/ETE degree from any public/ private university with a good academic score
∎ Qualifications in graphic design and digital marketing are desirable
∎ Professional Certification: CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, CAMBIUM-cnPilot, NSE1-Fortinet
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and develop overall IT systems and solutions of the company
∎ Handle Microsoft office 365 (Mail Server, Onedrive, Sharepoint & Others Applications)
∎ Configure all CISCO switch & full maintenance
∎ Access Point Management by Cloud controller and data security-related work. Creat Guest portal as and when required
∎ Procure and manage IT devices for ensuring smooth operation of the company
∎ Monitor NVR, DVR, and All IP Camera and maintain data backup and control individually
∎ Maintain Company's web server, cambium cloud controller, inventory Management Software (Cloud Windows), and manage social network channel/sites of the company
∎ Provide IT logistics support to new joiners and take back at the time of employee exit
∎ Develop and maintain documentation and act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
∎ Update and maintain company website to ensure the information are updated & accessible
∎ Ensure smooth IT support while video conference & meeting is going on
∎ Co-ordinate with the different work station and provide remote service if required
∎ Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
∎ Communication with different vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the intranet, tally software, CDBL software, Finger Print device, CC camera, etc
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of written and spoken English is required
∎ Skill in Adobe Illustrator or drawing /design software will be added advantage
∎ Ability to plan and develop IT infrastructure system for a company is must
∎ Ethically strong and very good sense of internet security and safety
∎ Knowledge of application software management over different OS
∎ Knowledge of Mail, Firewall, FTP, Web server, etc.
∎ Clear concept about IT systems, general software implementation, LAN, WAN, WLAN and other IP-based Networking.
∎ Should have experience in Microsoft business essentials & kiosk license
∎ knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage
