Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Inventory Management, Reporting, Store Management in Garments Accessories Factory.
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensuring imported raw materials delivery & distribution, materials accurate storage including materials quality, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition of Plant.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the fabric/materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass.
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register all Imported Oriented Items.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ To ensure all accessories received according to consumption.
∎ Prepared of Monthly Stock Statement by Computer and Report to Director/Head of Development.
∎ Maintaining of all Stock Register by The Bin Card System.
∎ To Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related tasks that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Those who have professional certifications from Bangladesh Institute of Supply Chain Management.
