Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be able to set up the lines & implement systems to increase the efficiency.
∎ Must be technically sound in all departments from Cut to Ship.
∎ Planning, Execution & Coordinating with merchandising activity.
∎ Coordinating of floor production management.
∎ Overall running and enhancing the profitability of the Company.
∎ Achieve Company objective in optimizing efficiency, timely shipments; enforce quality control systems and practices, and have a keen eye on lean management.
∎ Have the capability to implement best mfg. practices in the Group.
∎ Managing the production for achieving production, plan target/efficiency in accordance with laid down quality norms.
∎ Settings up production target & achieving the same within time & cost parameters.
∎ Planning for man, machine & material for upcoming short & loan term, place proper operation flow with SOPs.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
