Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) / B.Sc in IPE / Textile Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all over IE in all departments through team work.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase the efficiency of the factory.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report
∎ Making TNA Chart of all confirmed garment orders for Textile (Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing- Start and completion dates)
∎ Daily production requirement planning for Garments shipment Date and Garments Production (Setting Cutting production plan, Line Loading Plan, Finishing Plan) to meet on-time shipment schedule,
∎ Regular communication and meetings with concerned Department like Coordination, Knitting, Dyeing, Garments Production, Fabric Store, Cutting, Placement Printing, Sewing, Finishing as per Garments Daily and Monthly Line Loading Plan and Delivery Dates.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all over IE in all departments through team work.
∎ Productivity analysis - a person should know analyzing the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
∎ Analyze all product costs and assist to reduce all negative variance on the same and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all production activities.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Shipment wise operations (fabric, print, cutting, input and output) progress follow up.
∎ Report Monthly to Management of Achieved production in Terms Cutting, Stitching, Finishing and Shipment quantity.
∎ Should have good communication with merchandisers and also for pre-production activities and shipment.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Garments Industry, Industrial & Production Engineering, Indudustrial & Prodering
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
∎ Should have experience in working with Knit Based garments
