Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate OR Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering, textile Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Equivalent Subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a technically excellent Sr. Executive- Software Implementation., who is capable of managing garments ERP projects and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, developing and growing the software Implementation team. The successful applicant should have minimum 5/7 years of software Implementation experience In RMG Sector.
∎ Job Location: Narayanganj / Mawna, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and manage ERP project.
∎ Effective Management for ERP project & other IT Project.
∎ ERP implementation experience at least 2-3 years.
∎ Monitor data entry of each department; and identifying ERP data entry or report generation problems.
∎ Understanding users' requirements and assisting for technical transition of ERP based operations; facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules by coordinating with internal and external teams.
∎ Should have Knowledge on windows server 2012/2016/2019 & Oracle Server 11g, C#.net, Report designing (Crystal Report), PHP, Web technology like Vue.js, React.js etc.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Troubleshooting network related issues and solve it on time.
∎ Structure Organizations goal through IT.
∎ Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
∎ Should have human management skill.
∎ Should have skill in Excel & able to create report & formats with formulas.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software Implementation,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Should be able to format the computer and maintain networking,
∎ Highly energetic as needed to communicate with all level of users.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills
∎ Should be experienced in software implementation.
