∎ Skills Required: Communication, Hybrid Potato Seed Production, Hybrid rice seed production, Planning and budget, Training Facilitation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to ensure to prepare daily, weekly, monthly work plan for smooth rice/potato seeds production.
∎ You have to responsible to land selection and farmers selection for seeds production.
∎ You have responsible to monitor rice/potato seed production field etc.
∎ You have ensure preparing production budget for smooth rice/potato seed production.
∎ You have to ensure the trial of new products and select the best product/variety for business.
∎ You are responsible to ensure trial report, farmers meeting, farmers training, farmers field day etc.
∎ You will communicate with GO and NGO time to time.
∎ You have responsible to monitor potato seeds production field and rice seeds production field in different area.
∎ You have responsible to monitor SPC for maintaining seeds quality.
∎ You have to ensure to train up of your staffs.
∎ The company may change your posting place and responsibilities subsequently.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
