Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in HRM from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, Alliance, Accord/RSC etc.;
∎ Prepare factory and attend distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/ Ethical Compliance Audit, Technical/ FCCA/ Quality audit, Electrical Assessment, C-TPAT/ GSV/ SCS Audit etc. independently and keep proper documents.
∎ Supervise overall Admin, HR, & Compliance team & assign their respective duties.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ To maintain Higg Index (FSLM & FEM) Program.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Programmed is appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure all kind of health & safety issue within the law & company policy.
∎ To take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by leading the same.
∎ Ensure updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers Code of conduct.
∎ Follow up internal audits are properly conduct or not in timely manner by respective compliance team.
∎ Discuss with compliance team about the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issue then communicate with top management for smooth rectification.
∎ Provide training for compliance team to improve their performance.
∎ Review the performance of compliance team in a periodic manner & report to top management.
∎ Always follow the instruction of top management & do any duties as assigned by the same.
∎ Lead a team to prepare working environments in accordance with social compliance standards as well as H&M, C&A, S,oliver, Tema, Esprit, ILO's requirements.
∎ Directly responsible for Work activities of H&M, C&A, S,oliver, Tema, Esprit, ILO's and others program.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, BGAPMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, Analysis of manpower.
∎ Employee Efficiency related to Productivity, Analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of Employee Job Description & KPI, Analysis of various Motivational & Entire Floor Management etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge: it is important that they have hands-on experience in the application of compliance policies and procedures; solid understanding of employment laws and regulations and demonstrated research abilities in creating and delivering presentations to HR professionals. Employers are also interested in individuals with proven ability to design processes and programs that align with the operations of the business
∎ Communication skills: One of the basic responsibilities of a HR compliance specialist is to provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues. Therefore, it is important that applicants can convey information both verbally and in writing to employees, senior-level HR professionals, and other stakeholders
∎ Computer skills: An HR compliance specialist should be proficient with HR information systems (PeopleSoft), Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and other packages necessary for analyzing data to support decision making
∎ Organizational skills: The HR compliance specialist interfaces with applicants, employees, and external agents. So, they must be able to program their tasks and effectively prioritize assignments to handle the multiple tasks associated with the job position
∎ Interpersonal skills: Applicants for the position should be able to build rapport, establish relationships, influence and partner with people across all levels of the company with ease
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills: To perform their duties successfully, HR compliance specialists must be naturally curious and action-oriented individuals, able to conduct complex employee relations investigations, and analyze incidents to ascertain root causes, as well as perform evaluations on return-to-work cases after a leave of absence.
