Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing/Recording all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan.
∎ Prepare financial statement, reports, MIS, annual budget and forecast cash flow within a targeted time.
∎ Preparing correct product cost statement for regular use as well as doing costing for contending in tenders and support to sales team frequently.
∎ Ensure 360 degrees performance budgeting at the year end.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of the monthly management information.
∎ Monitor routine jobs like voucher entry, bill processing, cash handling, party payments etc. Through knowledge and application of cost control including standard costing, variance analysis.
∎ Instant price analysis for sales growth by customer order costing.
∎ Providing analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ Preparing, monitoring & controlling budget. Analyzing the budget variance according to requirements.
∎ Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchase, inventory and labor.
∎ Inventory control and stock movement. Conducts physical inventories.
∎ Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings & take initiatives to improve efficiency and control cost.
∎ Keeping and maintain file of the company bills and vouchers in a scientific way.
∎ Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs.
∎ Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts) and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis.
