∎ MBA/Masters/BBA/Bachelor in Finance & Banking/Finance from any reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
∎ Skills Required: Expart in Ms advance excel, Oracle ERP, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), tally prime, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Finance, Finance and Banking, Financial Analysis, Financial Statement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide support to Line Manager on the day-to-day operation & activities of all financial information system.
∎
∎ Finance planning and analysis
∎
∎ Assist in providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management team to perform their responsibilities.
∎
∎ Communication and correspondence with Banks for loan proposal and renewal.
∎
∎ Continuously monitoring over the credit facilities limit.
∎
∎ Negotiate with bank for credit facilities;
∎
∎ Maintain liaison with lawyer, surveyors and legal advisors
∎
∎ Maintain close correspondence with commercial teams;
∎
∎ Knowledge over project loan, loan creation, loan settlement.
∎
∎ Knowledge over LC, LTR, Demand Loan and Term Loan.
∎
∎ Good knowledge over international banking, trade finance and loan management.
∎
∎ Bank Loan reconciliation and analysis;
∎
∎ Review on product costing, pricing and margin analysis.
∎
∎ Budget preparations and variance analysis.
∎
∎ Collection plan synchronized with bank payment.
∎
∎ Analyzing, Coordinating proper mix of Equity & debt fund requirements.
∎
∎ Assist in designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎
∎ Ensure proper recording for Loan against Trust Receipt (LATR) opening, settlement and bank interest.
∎
∎ Ensure Foreign Exchange gain loss calculation and recoding.
∎
∎
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 05 Years experience in Finance & Banking related Job.
∎
∎ Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
∎
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎
∎ Deep understanding of the Financial & Banking Sector
∎
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎
∎ Must be Honest and hard working
