Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/Mechanical Engineering is highly preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment as per requirement for respective industries.
∎ Implement and maintain a procurement system that ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Obtain the necessary approvals and processing the orders.
∎ Tracking order and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the Materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan, VAT Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manual.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Responsible for Procurement of various items/ materials from Local markets.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ Receive PR from the concerned department, collect quotation/offer from Vendor, prepare CS, select vendor, take Management approval, create purchase order, procure items and send procured items to concerned stores/department.
∎ Accountable for sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiations, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items in a competitive price and follow up purchase order time to time.
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships
∎ Coordinate with the concerned departments for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach at the selected locations.
∎ Prepare & execute procurement plan for uninterrupted availability of the said items.
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order.
∎ Prepare reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and market trends.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends, new products, and pricing changes to ensure that the company is competitive in its procurement activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have procurement experience specially in the area(s) of Dying, Printing (AOP), Spinning, Weaving, Civil and Construction.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Deep understanding of the local market, suppliers, and vendors
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Familiarity with ERP software and MS Office (specifically MS excel)
∎ Must be Honest and hard working
∎ Excellent Team Player
