Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the sales volume.
∎ Result Driven; self-motivated with able to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it
∎ Know sales strategic and strong mindset for teamwork
∎ Should have sound management & planning skill, excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive thinking & approach.
∎ Proven end sales skills-prospecting, target management and market awareness.
∎ Practical experience as sales & marketing in real estate & developer sector.
∎ Create new customer for the Company.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications - thus influence the client's decision positively.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance with company products.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and another sales information.
∎ Maintain clientele database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable, Mobile, Outgoing & Smart.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Sales on Developer, Builder & Real Estate company.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
