Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD 2D 3D, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, ETABS, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and provide guidance to the Civil Engineering & Construction department.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to Management on current status.
∎ Coordinate action plan with Operation Heads and concerned departments regarding project completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Overseeing constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Ensuring proper building construction according to the approved architectural design.
∎ Prepare detailed project planning and construction work schedule.
∎ Prepare BOQ and construction budget for project.
∎ Ensure cost analysis and fixing rates of building construction items.
∎ Monitoring construction work progress.
∎ Coordinate with in-house and external design team and external consultants.
∎ Prepare monthly progress report.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
