Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales target as per annual budget and ensure that sales team meets their target
∎ Develop marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
∎ Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
∎ Analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
∎ Maintain customer experience through sales team member interaction and store presentation
∎ Develop and train retail sales team members through coaching and mentoring
∎ Oversee outlet wise product merchandising and execute as per plan
∎ Maintain knowledge of new products of competitors and report accordingly
∎ Oversee preparation of displays, merchandise, and presentations
∎ Coordinate the flow of goods to outlets and oversee forecast vs sales and recommend corrective measures if required
∎ Maintain housekeeping standards in outlets and take corrective measures if required
∎ Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
∎ Oversee and ensure compliance of all staff with established company policies

∎ Age at most 36 years
