Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses applying for credit purchases.
∎ Develop and implement credit scoring models and methodologies to assess the risk associated each creditor. These models help automate the decision making process and ensure consistency.
∎ Analyze company’s credit portfolio to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and update credit policies and guidelines that outline company’s credit sales criteria, risk tolerance.
∎ Continuously monitor the credit quality of existing creditors. Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration and take appropriate action for mitigation of risk.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on the credit portfolio’s performance including key metrics. Provide training and guidance to staff involved in the credit origination and management processes.
∎ Monitor receivables and collections and provide updates on receivables and provide appropriate reporting procedures.
∎ Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendation, present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate.
∎ Dealing with seize tractor disposal. Identify credit accounts requiring special collection action or legal action and coordinate collections with concerned department.
∎ Do such other duties to be assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, credit risk modeling and statistical analysis.
∎ Proficiency in business writing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong command in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Point Applications.
∎ Competencies in making data-driven decisions.
