Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Masters of Commerce (M.Com/MBA) in Accounting with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (CA article ship completed & Knowledge level completed or /CMA completed of 1200 marks. will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and Coordinate the development of annual business plans and periodic and yearly budget and projected accounts and Costing.
∎ Responsible for preparation of all financials in accordance with GAAP (IFRS) that all expenses and assets, liabilities etc. are recorded, reported accurately and timely in accordance with appropriate accounting standards, and controls are in place to address all risks.
∎ Ensure Product Costing & Pricing of Enterprises. Focus on analytics for improvement.
∎ Must ensure Monitoring and Fund Management.
∎ Preparing Capital Project feasibility Study report.
∎ Deliver standardization, consistency and compliance of and Finance and Accounting policies across the each area of BRAC Enterprises and Development of Accounting & Financial Policy Procedure.
∎ Working in the area of Job Order Costing & Batch Costing calculation. Analyze cost structure of the Business and develop cost reduction objectives for the Business Unit.
∎ Valuation of Periodic Inventory & cost of goods sold.
∎ External & internal audit - liaison & provision of information. Answering queries.
∎ Preparing Reconciliation support of balance sheet accounts. Reviewing transactions & balances in GL accounts & providing documentation in support of balances or transactions where appropriate.
∎ Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic final statements, costing reports as desired by top management.
∎ Ensure proper financial records and proper/timely financial reports.
∎ Corporate Governance policies and overall compliance, internal audit & external audit.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in the relevant field especially in preparation of financial statement & Costing.
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking.
∎ Must have to work under pressure.
