Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining accounting records for multiple clients
Support bookkeeping, data entry, and ledger maintenance
Help prepare invoices, bills, and expense records for clients
Assist with bank reconciliations and account reviews
Organize and maintain client financial documents
Support the team in monthly reporting and compliance tasks
