Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Import, Export, Bond, Customs, etc.
∎ Responsible to check the Terms & Conditions of Export L/C's of Buyer.
∎ Should have good knowledge and highly practical experience regarding Export, Import, EP, CO, GSP, B/L, and related documentation and commercial responsibilities
∎ Able to prepare Shipment Status, Bank Document Status, Payment Documents, etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge regarding custom law and regulations related to export & import and should be capable to negotiate /liaising with customs and bond departments.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of Customs, Vat, Bonded Warehouse facilities, etc.
∎ Liaise with C&F agent and hand over shipping documents and related documents and monitor the status of customs assessments, and port and agent charges in relation to clearing merchandise.
∎ Thorough knowledge of applicable duties, taxes, and other legal payments related to commercial activities.
∎ Liaison, coordinate, and communicate with Bank for collection of transactions, circulars, and policies which are required to comply with newly imposed rules and Law
∎ Communicate and liaise with BGMEA, EPB, Bangladesh Bank, Board of Investment, etc.
∎ Thorough knowledge of total procedure from L/C opening to goods received.

∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This position demands a high level of export Import market knowledge
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy
∎ Understand the complexity of supply chain activities
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within the network
∎ Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong organizational skills.
