Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports:
∎ Responsible for accurately compiling and preparing both sole and consolidated quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure that the financial data is presented in accordance with accounting standards and organizational guidelines.

∎ Financial Statement Presentation:
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that financial statements are presented in a clear, concise, and accurate manner. Review disclosures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

∎ Segment Reporting:
∎ Prepare segment-specific financial reports to provide insights into the financial performance of different business segments or divisions. Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities within each segment.

∎ Consolidation of Subsidiaries:
∎ Manage the consolidation process for subsidiary companies, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances. Prepare consolidated financial statements that present a holistic view of the entire organization.

∎ Cash Flow Reporting:
∎ Prepare and analyze cash flow statements, highlighting sources and uses of cash within the organization. Provide insights into cash management strategies and liquidity positions.

∎ Financial Ratios and Metrics:
∎ Calculate and interpret financial ratios and performance metrics to assess the organization's financial health. Present these metrics in reports to aid management decision-making.

∎ Audit Coordination:
∎ Facilitate the annual external audit process by providing auditors with requested documentation, explanations, and support. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.

∎ Financial Analysis:
∎ Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

∎ Intercompany Transactions:
∎ Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes for consolidated financial reporting. Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany balances and transactions.

∎ Currency Exchange and Risk Management:
∎ Monitor foreign currency transactions and their impact on financial statements. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate currency exchange fluctuations.

∎ Support Team Member Development:
∎ Proactively contribute to the professional growth of team members. Offer constructive feedback, guidance, and opportunities for skill development to enhance their performance and contribute to their career progression.

∎ Stay Current with Regulations:
∎ Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting regulations. Ensure the organization's financial reporting practices remain compliant and up-to-date.

∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting related to their activities and transactions.

∎ IFRS Conversion:
∎ Ensure the organization's financial reporting complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Guide the team member in understanding and implementing new accounting standards.

∎ Tax Compliance and Reporting:
∎ Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of source taxes (such as income tax) to the government treasury as per applicable regulations. Prepare tax and VAT deduction certificates and ensure their timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.

∎ Withholding Tax and VAT Return:
∎ Prepare and submit withholding tax and VAT returns to government authorities as required by regulations. Ensure accurate and timely submission to avoid any penalties or non-compliance issues.

∎ Additional Assignments:
∎ Take on and complete various tasks and assignments related to day-to-day financial operations as assigned by the supervisor. These tasks may vary and could include activities related to financial analysis, process improvement, or ad hoc reporting.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
