Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve standard of work at field level.
∎ Ensure judicious use of agro-chemicals, field inputs etc.
∎ Ensure maintenance of irrigation set, vehicle etc.
∎ Manage the tea estate roster duty as part of job to monitor and ensure quality tea processing.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned by supervisors.
∎ Must have fair knowledge on standard housekeeping practices in a tea garden.
∎ Capable to proper entertain bungalow guest time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
