∎ At least 6 year(s)

Export Import Through LC, Import Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bicycle
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to maintain all commercial (Import) related activities.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list.
∎ Responsible for maintaining commercial papers/ documentation.
∎ Perform as the team leader with all responsibility.
∎ Ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.
∎ To make correspondence with overseas office/external parties/ customers as and when necessary.
∎ Look after the issues in relation with L/C for import.
∎ Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in dealing business with government is preferable.
∎ Strong communication skill both written and Speaking
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure,
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
