Context:

Salmon Developers Limited is looking for Asst. Manager of accounts who will responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations of the accounting department. They help manage the financial activities of organizations in areas such as budgeting, preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data. . We are looking for young, energetic & highly meritorious staffs for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Preparing all relevant documents for realizing Receivables & Advances.
  • To ensure the preparation of Management Accounts.
  • To ensure cash and bank management.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statement.
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Generate monthly and yearly reports as required by management.
  • Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers.
  • VAT & Tax Management.
  • Prepare documentation for VAT audits and other requests from VAT authorities.
  • Ensuring all input Tax credits.
  • Having up to date knowledge of VAT & Personal Tax, Corporate Tax matter dealing (Tax Accounts Preparation, Return Submission, Attendance at hearing, Tax File follow up etc.)
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Prepare payroll entries, prepare Salary Sheet, invoices and other accounting documents.
  • CA(CC) or ICMAB part / ACCA qualified will get preference.
  • Any other duties as assigned from management time to time
