  • Age At least 30 years
  • 5–6 years of experience in accounting/finance roles; prior supervisory or team-lead experience advantageous.

  • Proficiency in ERP/Financial Systems and MS Office Application.

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills, High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email communication)



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting operations: record vouchers, receipts, payments; journal and ledger entries; ensure accuracy of general ledger.

  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R): process vendor invoices, prepare payments, monitor collections, follow up on receivables and manage creditor/debtor records.

  • Conduct bank and cash management: daily/periodic bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, petty cash management.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), and assist senior management in financial reporting.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; track and report on budget vs actual, and support fund-allocation decisions.

  • Maintain fixed asset register; oversee capitalization, depreciation, and fixed asset reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax/VAT rules, internal accounting policies and statutory requirements; support internal and external audits.

  • Assist management with ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed; provide insights to support business decisions.

  • Supervise, mentor and coordinate with junior accounting or finance staff; ensure timely and accurate accounting operations.
