Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Asst. Manager- Accounts & Finance for Garments factory.
∎ Job Location - DOHS Baridhara

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare financial report.
∎ Especially Work with Bank LC related work, BTB LC, Bank Reconciliation etc.
∎ To prepare and review various bank reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
∎ To monitor and controlling the Receivable and Payable System on daily basis.
∎ To prepare all kind of reconciliations.
∎ Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transaction.
∎ Follow up loan liability and general ledger of the company.
∎ Import & Export LC follow up & onetime payment assurance.
∎ Ensure accuracy of fixed assets quantity & amount.
∎ Implement, monitor & collect WIP & Finished goods report from production floor.
∎ Maintain file of Tax and VAT payment.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 7year(s) in garments Industries.
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Very good in English writing and speaking.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
