We aim to create and promote great-tasting, healthier, organic beverages while maintaining our uncompromising principles while we grow. We are seeking a Asst. Manager – Accounts & Finance who will make sure that financial reports are up-to-date and compliant with standards. You need to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.
∎ To ensure success, you should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. You will have outstanding communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and maintain proper data recording system to the “SAPB1” software for finance department.
∎ Monitoring & supervising the activities of various sections of Accounting Department.
∎ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
∎ Manage and develop the accounting team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure proper administration of company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receivable management, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, reconciliation of Cash & Bank, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data, trial balance, and oversee the daily operations of concern units
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance with all relevant local statutory requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements according to IAS & IERS. Also prepare report as per management requirement.
∎ To look after all Tax & VAT matters of the company.
∎ Fund and Treasury Management for smoothly running of the Company.
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT & Income Tax, Company Act & Custom Act.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiencies, cost control, cost savings and cost reductions.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Tax, Finance/ Accounts, Company Act, Tax and VAT
∎ Cash Flow Management, Compliance Audit, Financial Reporting, Financial Statement.
∎ Experience preferably in a manufacturing company.
∎ Experience in preparing financial statements, TAX & VAT returns, and regulatory reports.
∎ Ability to analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decision-making.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
