Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Accounting/ Equivalent or above Degree from any recognized University and Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain company financial transaction, posting in ledger, cash & bank book, cash flow, and profit and loss account,
∎ Need to know stock inventory, customer payment and adjustment, reporting, capable to design a accounts system
∎ Taking care of commercial papers /documentation for import.
∎ Liaison with the concerned institute/department like Customs/Shipping Agent /C& F/Bank etc.
∎ Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement
∎ Any other related duties assigned by the management
∎ Able to run Tally Accounting Software and program.
∎ Keeping above record in computer also for long time preserving.
∎ Keeping record of L/C's and arranging LC documents.
∎ Bill proceeds and settles payments weekly.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery
∎ To keep record manually in register for original documents submitted to bank individually
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Accounts, Audit, Commercial/ Export-Import, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Trading and Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
∎ Male candidates are preferable.
∎ Having minimum 2 years' experience related filed
∎ Partial of responsibility for administration, monitoring sales collection and settlement of banking issues specially L/C related job.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Others as per Company policy.
