∎ Candidate must have adequate knowledge on garment testing, Acceptable testing parameters for exportable garment in EU countries.

∎ Sound knowledge of apparels workmanship.
∎ Wash wet process & dry process activities.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Selected candidate has to show the original certificates at the time of joining.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for assessment of every test result done by himself and others.
∎ Understand the importance of accurate and reliable results.
∎ Ensure test result in time frame for smooth production execution.
∎ Make the daily test status of laboratory.
∎ Assist in preparing of the following test conducted as per ISO approved method like below.
∎ Color fastness analysis for textile fabric like colorfastness to washing & rubbing, dimensional stability, water, crocking, button pull test, Nickel detection. Tearing strength, seam slippage.
∎ Have sound knowledge for woven/ sweater product testing method for EU/UK/ INDIA market.
∎ Physical analysis for fabric like mass per unit of fabrics.
∎ Fabric identification by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
∎ Pilling resistance, bursting strength, Spirality, yarn count, twist.
∎ Dimension stability of fabric and garments, appearance test on garments/fabric.
∎ Maintain safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Co-ordinate all testing procedures in a manner that's most efficient.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Make daily batch to batch report and send to the production team in time.
