• Inventory Management software

• Collect the monthly production plan and prepare requisition for the required raw and packing materials. Get approval from the Head of QC/R&D and submit it to the supply chain department.

• Receiving all Raw material, Packing Material in store against Challan/Invoice.

• Ensure quantity of materials as per challan/invoice

• Prepare of MRR after getting approved Quantity Certificate from QFPL/CM factory Lab and send it to the Supply Chain Department.

• Posting of information of received material in register/software

• Ensure delivery of goods from store as per store requisition /Delivery Challan

• Maintaining registers for Raw Material, Packing Material, Finished Goods, Fixed Assets etc

• Preparation o0f Daily Stock Position Report of Finished Goods, Fixed Assets etc.

• Ensure posting of Local Sales/Delivery quantity in Register Daily.

• Maintain the VAT register regularly and report to the concern authority

• Preparation of the Weekly Statement of Raw & Packing Material and Local Sales/Delivery statement and other items and sending it to the person concerned.

• Preparation of Monthly Statement of Raw materials, Packing Materials, Local Sales/Delivery statement and other items and sending it to the person concerned.

• Co-ordination of activities of the store Department with other Documents

• Any other task assigned by the management.
