We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Asst. Executive/ Executive (Sales) for Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd (BMTL).
∎ The incumbent will be accountable for Sales affairs of different types of trading items like Coal, Stone chips etc. and other items according to business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales and revenue recovery for the Trading Business (Coal & Stone Chips).
∎ Plan & execute sales and collect outstanding as per target.
∎ Searching for new clients/ customer to increase market share.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with present customers and other stakeholders.
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding business projection and competitors business strategy.
∎ Deal with customer complain and provide quick solution in discussion with senior management.
∎ Travel different places extensively time to time.
∎ Collect data, prepare report and submit to supervisor.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum two (02) years of experience in sales and marketing of the Trading Business.
∎ Exceptional Convincing & Negotiation ability.
∎ Smart, Young, Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven.
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
