We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Asst. Executive/ Executive (Credit Recovery) for the Paper & Tissue business units.
∎ The Position is expected to realize credit including bad debt by executing company credit strategy for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing the recovery strategy to ensure the goal of the company.
∎ Collecting and analyzing the data and assist in preparing recovery strategy.
∎ Monitor customer credit limit and guide sales team to encourage customer to maintain credit policy.
∎ Visit party physically and checking party balance and company statement for ensuring fair statement.
∎ Reinforce action against overdue stakeholders and ensure recovery from those stakeholders with a proper planning.
∎ Partnering up with Sales & Marketing team and other stakeholders to minimize revenue leakage.
∎ Prepare documents for law suits as may be necessary and work together with the lawyer.
∎ Prepare periodical collection statement and report to the Management.
∎ Analyze data/reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Recovery functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 2 years' experience in credit collection in a FMCG company.
∎ The retired Police/ RAB officer may encourage to apply.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills to communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Smart, energetic, Strong leadership & negotiation skill.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours under extreme pressure.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively different location of the country.
Salary: Negotiable
